Hosting and technical services

The site is hosted with OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. The domain name and email are managed with OVH. Payments are processed by Stripe and transactional emails by Resend. RosoAI does not store card numbers.

Intellectual property

The text, visuals, trademarks, methods, agents, prompts, guides, examples, playbooks and files offered on this site are protected. Unless authorized in writing or expressly permitted by the purchased Kit’s license, reproduction, publication, sharing, making available or resale is prohibited.

Liability

The Kits are assistance tools. Users remain responsible for their decisions, publications and final validation of deliverables, particularly in SEO and marketing. Detailed limitations appear in the terms of sale.

Applicable documents

Prices are stated in US dollars (USD). VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
